It works, after reinstall the packets (libc6-dbg:amd64 and openssl)

This bug was also reported here:

A patch has been made which is here:
http://bugs.python.org/file10198/setuptools_patch.txt
The patch is also attached to this comment, although it still doesn't fix the 
call to log.warn which will still fail.
