Public bug reported:
I have seen number of similar kernel panic bug report on Ubuntu 12.04
during boot. However, none of the solution worked for me. E.g. bug
984387 answer 6, to remove blacklist ite_cir model. I checked on my
computer, it don't have any samilar model.

I have been effected by this bug. I am running HP TouchSmart TX2, it
uses ATI graphics card, and I solved it with adding nouveau.blacklist=1
before quiet plash --
My HP TouchSmart laptop have similar issue
I can confirm it as well, I am running 64-bit Lucid, with unison-gtk
package, version number 2.27.57
