Problem fixed I have created a link between so thei where consistant and ones I removed it and put the original one back the problem was fixed. /etc/php/7.0/apache2/php.ini -> /etc/php/7.0/cli/php.ini Removed the link and copied the file over. Regards, ** Changed in: php7.0 (Ubuntu)
