Using 2.6.27-3 and still present with FSC Amilo Si1520. Unbelievable
that this takes years to fix.

[Bug 62430] Re: rhythmbox doesn't do anything with .pls given on the command line

2008-08-29 Thread hawkes
This problem still occurs here with current up-to-date hardy and seems
to be related to playlist that contains link to another playlist. I try
to listen to http://smoothjazz.com/streams/smoothjazz_64.pls, which
containts http://64.15.67.4/listen.pls

I find in the debug output a hint from gstreamer - no suitable decoder
found for text/uri. Problem occurs with all Gstreamer related programs
(Banshee, Totem, Rhythmbox) and i think its a problem of GstPlaybin -
but i couldn't find a bug report.

Yes, this bug still occurs in GUTSY. Opening Ekiga, it registers itself,
Closing Egika. After about 5-10seconds the Crash Dialog comes up. I'm
not sure, how to attach the new backtrace to this bug.

[Bug 85606] Re: [apport] totem crashed with SIGSEGV in FcConfigSubstituteWithPat()

Minor success. I can play the file now under totem, but when i seek to
the end, totem crashes. If i try to generate a valgrind.log it crashes
after showing the first frame (see attached log). The log looks very
similar to the previous one, so i think nothing has changed.

[Bug 84353] Re: blam crashes when displaying a feed

2007-02-26 Thread hawkes
I'm not sure, if i have modified blam correctly, so i print the line
here for reference:

MOZILLA_HOME=/usr/lib/firefox exec -a 'blam' mono /usr/lib/blam/blam.exe
--trace=Program,N:Rss,N:Atom $@

Blam crashes only, if i hit the button Refresh all at Startup. I have
attached the output (and the very empty Stacktrace) to this mail. I can install
the debugsmb for Mozembed, but what about Blam?

HTH,

Christoph

Until now, i couldn't crash it under valgrind, but after a friend of
mine sent very fast many messages i got:

and i have a valgrind.log. IIRC gaim creates a new thread for every
message chat, shouldn't i call valgrind with --trace-children?

Thank you for your bug. That looks like a memory corruption bug, could
you get a valgrind log (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Valgrind) for it?

Mmh - I've tried now for two hours to reproduce this bug and generate a
valgrind log, but i guess, for now, this bug is unreproducable.

Maybe we can close this bug and i reopen it, if i find a similiar
stacktrace.
