[Bug 111175] Add/Remove programs
Public bug reported: In Add/remove programs I tried to install Program manager for the case when program hungs. It is gpe-taskmanager. it iss part of the GPE Palmtop Environment. It displays a list of windows on the current display, and allows the user to kill the task which owns a particular window. This can be helpful if a program has hung and is no longer responding to direct user actions. Version: 0.20-2 (gpe-taskmanager) Program manager integrates well into the Ubuntu desktop So it was described. ** Affects: Ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- Add/Remove programs https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/75 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
Re: [Bug 106503] Re: samba when trying to install it with synaptic
Hi I use in my Fujitsu laptop Ubuntu 6.06. I have also installed Easy Ubuntu. I have got all the updates, which the system offers, and I have accepted them all. Samba version is 3.0.22-1ubuntu3.2. When I tried to inform it on the net, the program answered that there is not that kind of version. I made a png-file of the information in synaptic package manager as attachment. I already tried to reinstall samba, but it did not work. Should I reinstall the whole Ubuntu? Looking forward to hear from you Jotaarkka Pennanen [EMAIL PROTECTED] www.iafilm.net la, 2007-04-14 kello 10:10 +, Michael Vogt kirjoitti: Thanks for your bugreport.
