[Bug 1928434] Re: shim-signed does not boot on EFI 2.40 by Apple
I have Ubuntu MATE 20.10 running on my Raspberry Pi 4 and I can't upgrade because of this bug as well. I went to the file "DistUpgradeQuirks.py" (as mentioned above) and I can't see any "apple" string there to change and force the upgrade. I'm just stuck. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1928434 Title: shim-signed does not boot on EFI 2.40 by Apple To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/shim/+bug/1928434/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 218322] Re: video playback artifacts when composite manager is enabled
I've tested totem in ubuntu lucid [with an ATI video card (a vary old ati)]... This problem still happens. Whe composite is enable, No Video. But i also tested in VBox (host has a Nvida 7xxx video card). And worked perfectly when composity is on. I hava a ATI HD4850 at home, but i don remember if it works. May it is a problem just with old ATI's (or worst, all ATI's). At home I'll make more tests -- video playback artifacts when composite manager is enabled https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/218322 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager After canceling an upgrade (Heron->Ibex) while downloading packages I no longer get the option to upgrade in the Update Manager. It seems I will be able to upgrade using the console method, but I just thought I'd let you know.
