Yes it was still un problem but I used ubuntu CD to upgrade from it and it
solve my problem.
So I don't have the /var/log/dist-upgrade
anymore

I have try to fix this issue by fallowing bug

I'm trying to upgrade to 11.10. I try to change settings of update
manager without success.
