Just upgraded my Desktop's motherboard and CPU. Problem's gone at my end. >From Intel Core i3 to Intel Core i7. I also did a boot-repair. I also have this problem on Ubuntu 13.10. I'm getting this issue when I'm using sublime-text 2 and clicking in the Navigation bar -> "Find.."
