[Bug 1879206] Re: cups hplip not install printer
It might be that the same bug affected me after upgrading to 20.04 with another printer: https://answers.launchpad.net/hplip/+question/690767 I also recently tried hplip 3.20.6 for a freshly installed xubuntu, but it did not help. (the result of hp-check brought the same result as https://answers.launchpad.net/hplip/+question/690767 (#5). I was forced to downgrade the system again because it is essential to keep the printer functional. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1879206 Title: cups hplip not install printer To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cups/+bug/1879206/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 875906] [NEW] gthumb generate empty previews (thumbnails) for cr2 files
Public bug reported: Opening a folder with *.cr2 files results in generation of corrupted (almost blank) thumbnails. 1) xubuntu 11.10 (in 11.04 everything was fine) 2) gthumb version 3:2.13.1-1ubuntu1 3) Gthumb is expected to generate thumbnails for raw (cr2) files. Moreover, thunar used the thumbnails generated by gthumb. 4) However, gthumb generate corrupted (absolutely useless, see attachment) thumbnails for my canon 40D raw files. Same thumbnails appeared if I browsed the folder with thunar. At the same time gthumb still capable to open these files. ** Affects: gthumb (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/875906 Title: gthumb generate empty previews (thumbnails) for cr2 files To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gthumb/+bug/875906/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 418242] Re: Incorrect call to output plugins (with persistent error message) on copy
I confirm the bug for default xubuntu. Due to this bug inkscape in xubuntu 11.04 (I use both 32 and 64 bit) is absolutely useless. Killing xfce4-settings-helper remove this one but make other problems. As a result I was forced to roll back version and install inkscape 0.45 from here: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/inkscape/0.45.1-1ubuntu5/+build/397057/+files/inkscape_0.45.1-1ubuntu5_i386.deb I think that importance of the bug should be increased. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/418242 Title: Incorrect call to output plugins (with persistent error message) on copy To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/418242/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
