Problem is now became this;
Ubuntu One can't find any internet connection when I already have a
connection.
Problem is same problem in Bug #997326.
Although i think problem is caused by python+turkish locale; it's a
invalid Vericert certificate problem.

This was an old problem although it hadn't been seen since Karmic Koala
