Same here. During startup I get a blue screen with number 11.04 and 4
dots in upper left corner instead of nice Kubuntu Plymouth logo. I use
1680x1050 resolution on Nvidia 8800GT and proprietary drivers. Used to
work fine in Lucid. Uvesafb mode gives me a black screen during startup
and normal
Sadly the latest version of Calibre (0.7.17) crashes X server completely
after yesterday's update. Kovid suggested that the problem might be
caused by qt libraries. It's a bit difficult to give any specific

Update calibre version on ubuntu
I downloaded the new kdebluetooth4. File transfer from desktop to my
handheld still doesn't work (and there are no error messages either). I
launched kbluetooth4 from console and attached output in text file.
** Attachment added: kbluetooth4.txt
I noticed one strange thing about data transfer to my phone. Usually I
had to accept incoming connection first and then incoming transmission

connection. Transfer itself is silent and data are automatically saved

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdebluetooth
I've recently upgraded from Hardy to Intrepid on amd64. I use bluetooth to
connect to my PDA by usb adapter. I installed kdebluetooth. It's supposed to

kbluetooth4
Maybe it's not a bug, but a feature after all. Like someone's idea of
making the system more secure or cleaning up device permissions.

Bugs,
I've got exactly the same problem on Hardy. It has probably something to
do with permission rights. I can manually eject my usb stick with sudo
(from console), but I cannot do the same without it. To unmount the
device however I don't need sudo. My guess is one of the recent upgrades
was messed
