I wonder if this is affected by the quantity of files stored on the
flickrfs. Things worked okay for me at first but after uploading several
hundred files I started to suffer from this issue.
I've got 1 image in my account and i'm affected by this bug, so no.

i'm using xfce and has the same bug, i suspect the game wants to use
alpha transparency but i use stacking window manager and not composite
and i use vesa video card driver.

oh god. i had this bug right now, i had to get my server from colocation
as sshd didnt start because the boot stopped at mount/fsck (i stupidly
added an automount for a -missing- pendrive with fsck option then made
system to force fsck at boot. Not that hard mistake to make as it sounds
at first.)
i think this is the cause (8.04.1):
tail ~username/.xsession-errors
Treating resize request of legacy application 0x1A3 (AisleRiot) as a
fullscreen request
this is a huge problem for me as i can not teach my elder relative how
to close an application with alt+f4.

found this temporary workaround:
create a bash script

gconftool-2 --set /apps/aisleriot/show_toolbar --type boolean true
gconftool-2 --set /apps/aisleriot/fullscreen --type boolean false
..and when your grandparents call you tell them to press alt+f2, no not
one-after-another, press
never mind, uninstalled network-manager and uses /etc/network/interfaces
as that proved stable.

ok, i powered on the laptop and plugged in the utp to run the collect
for you and while typing suddenly the indicator popped up the message:
wlan connected. and indeed it works. i rebooted the machine at least 3
times before, i suspect it needed a full power cycle.
sorry for bothering all of you.
i am using msi wind u100 + ubuntu 9.04 and this bug appeared after i
DIS(!)connected a connected external monitor from the dsub of the
laptop. internal display is 1024x600, external was 1024x768 on a
2048x~1158 monitor. while connected netbook-launcher was fine. after
disconnecting the bug

[fglrx] soft lockup, CPU0 stuck for 11s!
this bug works with final jaunty 2.6.28-11-generic on an amd athlon,
installed hardy which was updated by hand to intrepid which updated to
jaunty, with no gnome nor x server. ext3 filesystem converted to ext4 by
hand, 250gb pata hdd one partition, no swap.
i can reproduce this bug any time with
to be accurate replace 'file' to 'directory', sorry. i would like to
delete more than 13 files because i copied all my data within the
hdd to use extents

hi, i really would like an option to remove archive mounter from ubuntu. i've
tried google and everything the only option i found is to delete
/usr/lib/gvfs/gvfsd-archive and /usr/share/gvfs/mounts/archive.mount files by
hand. please make it a package or put a checkbox in
i mean there is a way (open nautilus, right click on the file, select
properties, select open with tab, select archive mounter, select remove)
but is there any way to do this to *all* files associated?

same for me on msi wind u100 netbook with one hdd sda, and log is filled
with errors on sdb which is not exist. maybe it is the flash card
reader? i did not put a flashcard into the slot in this boot, still the
messages coming. oh, and the errors come after a sleep/suspend/hibernate
only.
