[Bug 1902969] Re: Thunder freezes UI when changing from title bars to CSD
Hello, These are the steps to reproduce it for both .deb and snap versions. Once Thunderbird is open, right click around the tab bar and choose customize. Once in that window, choose either to show title bar or hide (depending on what you have already done prior). Close the customize window, but you will notice there are two dots beside Thunderbird icon on Ubuntu dock indicating it has two windows open. If you click on Thunderbird the UI locks. If you by chance do not click on the icon on Ubuntu dock you can clear off the extra dot by restarted GNOME UI by typing 'r' in run dialog for x.org. [Bug 401284] [NEW] Choosing Shutdown or Restart just logs me out in Ubuntu 9.04
Public bug reported: I have noticed this for quite sometime now, and it wasn't really bothering me much till the hot weather hit (as I tend to turn my desktop off more since it get really hot in my room). Here is my problem, whenever I got to shutdown or restart on both my desktop and laptop Ubuntu just logs me out and then from the log on screen I can choose shutdown or restart then it works as it suppose to. I don't know what, but 8.10 earlier versions were working as they were suppose to. If I type in shutdown -r now or shutdown -h now it works fine. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Choosing Shutdown or Restart just logs me out in Ubuntu 9.04 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/401284 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 280768] [NEW] Can't Suspend in Ubuntu 8.10
Public bug reported: I can't put my laptop to suspend anymore. In Ubuntu 8.04 it worked like it was suppose to. I think it had to do with the fact that Ubuntu 8.04 used fireglx drivers for the ATi. But before hand (Ubuntu 7.10) I wasn't have successful suspend, where I would put the computer into suspend but when I wake it up everything would come back up but the screen would be blank. It is the same thing in Ubuntu 8.10. I know 8.10 is in Beta still but I wanted to point this one out. I have a HP dv5000z with ATi Radeon Xpress 200M video card. ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Can't Suspend in Ubuntu 8.10 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/280768 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
