[Bug 479116] [NEW] Desktop effects could not be enabled while if we go to Appearance Preferences Visual Effects and selects Normal / Extra

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client After upgrading ubuntu 9.04 to ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala), this issue generated i.e. no effect applied even i select Normal or Extra. The ubuntu detail which i am using is: Version:2.28.1 Distributor: Ubuntu Build Date: 10/23/2009
