[Bug 258611] Re: Korganizer: Terrible delay in mouse action on calendar

2008-12-19 Thread norimu
The slow typing problem in kmail is still present in KDE 4.1.3. Disabling automatic spell checking in the composer window menu doesn't solve it. Is there a workaround? I have an older savage graphics chip and desktop effects off. -- Korganizer: Terrible delay in mouse action on calendar

Wait, totally ignored would be wrong. Some fonts do get bigger. I'm not familiar with web design and can't say what type of fonts these are but most of the text is still really small (e.g. the whole page www.nytimes.com is unreadable). In contrary layout.css.dpi in Firefox 2 affected all or nearly

I can confirm this bug on the same machine. The problem has been reported two years ago here: https://lists.linux- foundation.org/pipermail/bugme-new/2006-October/015008.html BUT I didn't experience it with Debian Etch (Kernel 2.6.18), maybe because of fewer probing retries or shorter timeouts.
