and now it works properly.

I did that:
I addedd the new PPA:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:sergiodj/samba-bug1872476-v2
I updated
sudo apt-get update
I upgraded installing the new samba files.
But now it doesn't see the NAS.
If useful, in the beginning I created .smb/smb.conf with these lines:
[global]
client min
For information, me too, I have the same problem: Kubuntu 20.04, files
displayed like folders. Old Nas, with smb1.
