The bug is still present in the 16.04 Xenial beta for me on a Macbook Air 11" 6,1 and an ASUS UX305 running Unity (as of 21/03/16). Rapid three finger taps will bring up the switcher, but it sometimes pops up for no obvious reason. The behaviour is also seen on a colleague's UX305 running 15.10.
