ya i got it..i dint install build essential and some header files..now i
installed them and its working fine..tq

Can i download the driver seperately and then run it so that my friends need
not download tht driver again from net??If possible plz temme how??
And is the procedure stated above is same (the name of driver) for 8400 model
card on dell vostro 1500model??If not plz temme the name .i am unable to

NVIDIA graphic card is enabled and all desktop effects were
working.Before i saw urs solution I tried 2 enable it in a number of
