Acer Nitro 5 trial to install Kubuntu 19.04 failed during copying at ~38%. At a live install of Ubuntu 19.04 from USB2 stick it is possible to observe some traces in a small window which indicated SQUASHFS errors issue still not solved. (Windows 10 runs without problems).
