This issue is solved by disabling Desktop Effects from within System Preferences Appearance Visual Effects None The problem with this issue is that the fix is just a workaround. Not working for me. 10.04 AMD64 with NVIDIA Drivers. Connection from Android OS to Ubuntu via VNC.
