I have effectively abandoned Ubuntu as a result of Unity. I have been a
log time converter of friends and family and EVERY person I updated to
unity dislikes it immensely. I have moved back to debian proper and
have stopped promoting Ubuntu.
I don't post here often but I lurk. I do feel that
the mysqld_safe script is where the bug is. it loops at full throttle.
just an a sleep # in and it slows the looping. crazy that it eats up so
many cpu cycles so fast! but non-attached shell scripts can spin in loop
like this.

well! i managed to install ebox-network just fine, but that is if i
first install 'ebox' and then 'ebox-network' but if i EVER try to
install 'ebox-all' i run into a similar issue here.
here is my output, within a 'sudo -i'
