[Bug 1730023] [NEW] Bluetooth adapter not found after installing blueman

Public bug reported:

i was trying to connect my bluetooth headphone it successfully connected
but still no sound the sound output is from the laptop sound card not
from the headphone when i try to open and select the output method in
sound options it just freezes and crashed multiple times so i had to
install a package that manages bluetooth i found package called blueman
after installing it it didn't do anything more so i maybe have to
restart the laptop after the restart the bluetooth i got that message on
the bluetooth settings No adapter found
