[Bug 1591547] Re: Merge pcsc-lite 1.8.20-1 (main) from Debian testing (main)
A fix that works for me is: install missing dependencies libudev-dev,libusb-1.0.0-dev install from source pcsc-lite 1.8.20 install from source ccid 1.4.22 then link /usr/sbin/pcscd to /usr/local/sbin/pcscd so that sysctl starts the newly installed version ` cd usr/sbin ln -sf /usr/local/sbin/pcscd ` I had to do this because VMWare-Workstation would die because of: ` 2017-01-12T09:06:20.366+01:00| usbCCIDEnumCards| I125: USB-CCID: SCardGetStatusChange returned SCARD_E_UNKNOWN_READER(0x8019) 2017-01-12T09:06:20.366+01:00| usbCCIDEnumCards| I125: USB-CCID: SCardGetStatusChange returned SCARD_E_UNKNOWN_READER(0x8019) 2017-01-12T09:06:20.366+01:00| usbCCIDEnumCards| I125: USB-CCID: SCardGetStatusChange returned SCARD_E_UNKNOWN_READER(0x8019) 2017-01-12T09:06:20.366+01:00| usbCCIDEnumCards| I125: USB-CCID: SCardGetStatusChange returned SCARD_E_UNKNOWN_READER(0x8019) 2017-01-12T09:06:20.366+01:00| usbCCIDEnumCards| I125: USB-CCID: SCardGetStatusChange returned SCARD_E_UNKNOWN_READER(0x8019) ` -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1591547 Title: Merge pcsc-lite 1.8.20-1 (main) from Debian testing (main) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pcsc-lite/+bug/1591547/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 886605] Re: Desktop, Launcher and menu bar still visible when screen locked
I got rid of this after noticing that my desktop environment registered two screens although I only used one. After screen reconfiguration - switching the (actually not existing) screen off, screen lock behaviour was as it should be. I'm using LTSP and the "bug" appeared on my thin clients, which are all using laptop hardware or are actual laptops and the second screen (auto configured) was called laptop. On the laptop client which actually uses the second screen, screen locking works as expected. In my case the error is only occurring when a second screen is auto detected but not actually used. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/886605 Title: Desktop, Launcher and menu bar still visible when screen locked To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/compiz/+bug/886605/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 128068] Re: [needs-packaging] Xjadeo
I revoke my wish for packaging - Hardy (UbuntuStudio) comes with OpenMovieEditor, which does the job really nicely : -- [needs-packaging] Xjadeo https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/128068 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 158963] Re: Error sending username to pop3 server with pop3 account enabled for automatic mail checking
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 140460 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/140460 I can confirm that. Having read some forums in German, it seems that this also occurs when automatic checking of two or more accounts is set to the same intervall. It is rather annoying - I have to press cancel on startup for each mail account (5 at the moment), as this is the only way to get rid of the error messages. variona -- Error sending username to pop3 server with pop3 account enabled for automatic mail checking https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/158963 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 164804] Re: Gnome Login Error
I can cofirm that error and at a first glance it appears as if only applets from the gnome-applets package (in my case 2.20.0-0ubumtu1) are affected.
