I mean that user can't change main menu's icon size in '~/.gtkrc-2.0'
because '/usr/share/themes/Human/gtk-2.0/gtkrc' has highest priority.
Only one theme enforces main menu's size and that is Human theme. Of
course I can edit theme's file but it will be replaced after her
update.
