Is this still a bug after so many years? Adding a rafkill.desktop file? Where is the problem? [Bug 1898010] [NEW] pcmanfm should use git for file operations if containing folder is part of a git repository
Public bug reported: I suggest adding the following feature: For file operations like mv and rm pcmanfm should check if the current directory is part of a git repository. If this is the case the operations should be carried out using the respective git commands so as not to break file management within the repository. This would be extremely useful as pcmanfm does not show the user that the current directory is part of a git repository. [Bug 1723236] Re: geany plugin manager cannot be enabled
Damn! My only excuse is that it has been a very long time since I had to setup a new machine with new blank profiles (usually I copy my stuff) ... and totally missed the plugin manager... option in the tools menu. Why the heck is this not integrated in the main settings dialogue, or may be even in the plugin settings dialogue? Thank you for your quick response. [Bug 1723236] [NEW] geany plugin manager cannot be enabled
Public bug reported: I have this on two lubuntu 16.04 systems: geany, geany-plugins installed, but there seems to be no way to enable the plugin settings entry in the edit menu, even though the checkbox "activate plugins" (? - I am using the German version) is checked in the Edit -> Settings... dialogue. [Bug 1721946] [NEW] passwordsafe does not remember settings made in options dialogue
Public bug reported: I just installed passwordsafe and after the first start, changed some settings in the "Manage -> Options..." dialogue. I created a test password safe, added one group, closed passwordsafe and re-opened it, this time to import my old passwords (dat file). The settings I had changed were all back to their defaults (by the way: this included the visibility setting of the "dragbar" which I set to "invisible". I found it especially sad that setting the password history to 10 previous password for all existing entrys of the "safe" had no effect. [Bug 1700220] [NEW] Handbrake UI enforces window size wider than screen width
Public bug reported: I am using a 12 inch screen notebook (1280x800) with xubuntu. Handbrake has a very wide minimum window width wider than my screen. It is impossible to fit the window into my screen, no scroll bar options. It should be possible to a) disable the text next to the toolbar icons and b) make the table with many columns (Dimensions, Video, Filters, etc.) side-scrollable. [Bug 1572182] [NEW] Geany removes executable bits when saving shell script
Public bug reported: I created a new shell script in geany and saved it. Then I set the executable bits for user, group, other (rwxr-xr-x) for the file. [Bug 198827] Re: xsane print functions broken
I have the same problem with a Canon LBP3360, used via USB2 (has Ethernet, too). Debian seemingly has the same problem ( http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=468274 ): "xsane: Fails to print using CUPS" I got the problem when trying to copy a document via scanner+printer. Scanner is an Epson Perfection 1650, also accessed via USB2 and working fine. Ubuntu version is 8.04, running GNOME for this user CUPS has 2 printers installed: the Canon LBP3360 already mentioned, and a virtual PDF printer. Trying to print to the latter produced the same result: a couple of error messages about a broken pipe (three times in a row) before you get a chance to abort.
