My personal suggestion would be to stick with 5.5.latest in utopic. You can use master-5.5 branch for that. We are in RC3, and I presume we are close to a release. Accepting 5.6 RC3 now, and doing the transition will make the process in updating to the final release much smoother. Are we going to get bunch of bugs filed after Utopic's release asking us to update Utopic to 5.6 when it is released?
