After upgrading to Ubuntu 15.04, I'm again experiencing this issue of Network Manager forgetting saved group and user credentials for vpnc connections. At least once per day I'm prompted for these credentials that were already set to be saved in Network Manager. Sometimes this forgetting happens multiple times in one day. Other times, it will remember for a few subsequent connections. I did a fresh install of Ubuntu 14.04.2 last week where: 1) I installed the network-manager-vpnc package. 2) I use Network Manager to set up a VPNC connection. 3) In Network Manager, I *saved* the credentials so I would not have to type them in each time I connected. For a few days the save credentials remained saved, and I was able to connect vpnc without having to manually type the credentials each time I connected. However, today, after connecting successfully (using those save credentials) I became disconnected during a session. After that, upon trying to reconnect I was prompted to enter credentials again: http://neartalk.com/ss/2015-06-15_001_442x300.png Then, I rebooted to see if the saved credential would remain forgotten.
