plasma-pa should conflict kmix

I also noticed that if I disable the option "Show On Screen Display
(OSD)" option in KMix' configuration the OSD of plasma-pa is also
suppressed / not shown.
I wonder whether there is a way to force to force plasma-pa to display
OSD.

Title:
plasma-pa should conflict kmix
I upgraded from 15.04 and both kmix and plasma-pa are installed. This
presents a problem since there are two volume controls on the system
tray. Turning off kmix fixing the system tray, but like the bug
description says, the keyboard controls no longer work without kmix.
This bug is valid.
