2016-01-27 Thread Christopher M. Penalver
Levente Torok, it will help immensely if you filed a new report with the Ubuntu
repository kernel (not mainline/upstream) via a terminal:
ubuntu-bug linux

Please feel free to subscribe me to it.

For more on why this is helpful, please see
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.

Re: [Bug 1515117] Re: macbook air wakes up immediately after suspend

2015-11-15 Thread Levente Torok
Hi,
As I remember the kernel version of that came with 15.04 at around June was
working fine. Which one was it?
I don't know.

I will try to use one of the specified packages soon, and report.
Thanks,
Levente

[Bug 1515117] Re: macbook air wakes up immediately after suspend

2015-11-12 Thread Joseph Salisbury
Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a
prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.3 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag:
'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as
"Confirmed".

Thanks in advance.
