I enabled the flag, still encountered this issue. This time when I restarted Chromium my tabs were lost and restoring previous session just did nothing. Thankfully the extension "Tab Suspender" allowed me to recover my tabs but a few services logged me off. I guess the flag improves situation,

It sounds like this might be a symptom of bug #1616650 (although the claim that history isn't affected would go against this hypothesis). Could you try enabling the experimental refresh-app-awareness flag, restart chromium, use it for a few days and comment back here whether the problem persists?
