That's really strange! Did you check if reverting back to previous version
solves the issue?
Repeat the commands in my previous post, while replace in all 3 lines

Linux version 5.4.0-14-generic, linux-firmware/focal,now 1.186.
I did a CRC check on the oland_rlc.bin file in linux-firmware 1.186 and
it was the same as from the one in linux-firmware/bionic-updates
I've applied the revert. There's a linux-firmware in bionic-proposed
right now which should release on Monday, after that happens I will
upload a new package with the revert.
