Sorry for the delay. Installation continues and finishes in UEFI mode. They're not on an ISO yet but if you can try with the edge snap, you'll get a subiquity with these patches. https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/how- to-test-the-latest-version-of-subiquity/12428 has a few ways you can do this.
