I will be doing the following:
* I'll remove the gcc-9* uploads from -proposed - we can re-publish (undelete)
them whenever we decide that the removal was not needed. ADT testing should be
preserved.
* I'll release the gcc-10* uploads as they are good to go.

there as well.
