winniemiel05, is good to hear that the bug is fixed for you. Effectively, we fixed the bugs that may caused the problems for you and the other people who commented here. Chris, Emily, could you please tell us if you still have similar problems after upgrading the client version? If yes, we would need DEBUG logs to find the problem. You should do the following: 1. stop the syncdaemon client and applet, and be sure it's fully stopped (ps -eaf | grep ubuntuone-client should give you nothing). 2. put a file named syncdaemon.conf in your $HOME/.config/ubuntuone directory with the following information: [__main__] log_level = DEBUG 3. restart the client. 4. attach here the logs, just zip you $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the zip here. I seems to have the same bug, but some time he detect new folder/files in Ubuntu One folder, some time he didn't. When it detect, it not update all files, ( almost one on two didn't update, even if the applet said me it did.) So I must verify every time I put some thing by nautilus in Ubuntu One that it is updated, by going on the web interface, else I must remove and reput the file(s)/folder(s). You might be interested in the script that lists the files that are not picked up by syncdaemon (i.e. those that were not uploaded) See bug #488232. Hi, I'm seeing the same problem...I just opened Ubuntu One for the first time today after seeing it in my new Karmic upgrade. I copied some folders by dragging them into my Ubuntu One folder in my home directory, and while I can see the entire folder structure on the web, all of the folders are empty and the web interface claims 0 bytes Used (0.0%). The icon shows that synchronization is complete. I'm attaching my log files in a tarball.
