This is probably fixed with the new version, which lists the prevention
of an infinite loop in its changelog.

I had this happen to me today, as well, for the first time.  Noticed
while having an NTFS volume mounted idle in a Nautilus window in the
background.  Was also forced to kill via System Monitor.
