My provider says it could depend on DHCP as my computer gets from time
to time a new IP address an then ftp cannot connect anymore.

This issue is really annoying. It happens permanently. Example?:
Have a ftp folder open. Do anything else for some minutes. Drag and drop a file
into the ftp folder.
And!: No access or whatever.
Or when I try to open a subfolder, then nothing happens. Empty!
