Title:
Is there a way to recover the launcher once it has accidentally scrolled
offscreen?
This has happened to me several times, and the only solution I have found was
to re-install unity, loosing all of my settings.

Also setting flickDeceleration between 7000-1 helps with this, but
doesn't disable bouncing effect.
