Wacom Graphics Tablet Map To Monitor setting doesn't
I came across this problem with a Wacom CTH-470 in 13.04. (It's
recognized as a Wacom Bamboo 16FG 4x5, which isn't exactly correct.)
I have Intel graphics and no nvidia-settings, so I believe the bug is
upstream.

I believe I know the source of this problem.
I've also filed a bug against nvidia-settings as the problem is likely
related to another problem with nvidia-settings
