Public bug reported:

I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit with all the latest patches. For one of
my projects, I'm using libqwt-dev package. For some reason, when I
installed this package, every time I start system update, this package
is on the list of packages that needs to be updated from version
6.0.0-1ubuntu1 to the same version 6.0.0-1ubuntu1. I tried to "update"
it several times, but it's always on the list of upgradeable packages.

I guess that something went wrong when this package was built, so
please, could someone fix this?

** Affects: qwt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
