Thanks so much for your explanation. I realised now what was my problem.
I got confused between Remove and Delete. But why are there two deleting
commands? It seems that they both do the same thing.

Frames have to be checked so that they are affected by subsequent
operations. If you only select one file, all of its frames will be
checked, so you normally do not have to check or uncheck frames in this
