I got webops to install this manually and ran a test build.
http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/livefs-build-
logs/precise/ubuntu/20120702.1/livecd-20120702.1-i386.out looks fine,
and the resulting squashfs has a suitable proposed.list file.

Need to be able to generate images
Hello Colin, or anyone else affected,
Accepted livecd-rootfs into precise-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/livecd-
rootfs/2.65.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See
