That bug was fixed, but this one wasn't!
Please take a look at my screenshot. No descriptions for any driver are
readable because the text is white and not black like it should be.

No, it's a different issue: Jockey does find installed drivers in my
case. The GUI just looks wired because text is white and no description
for drivers (installed or not) is shown.
