When I work in my netbook, some windows in almost all programs (print
dialogs, libreoffice dialogs, evolution configuration dialogs, and so
on) have their content displayed beyound the screen size and it is
impossible to access it. This is a major usability issue that needs to
be addressed as soon as possible by forcing size-fixed windows/dialogs
as resizable + scrollable if their content is shown beyound the screen
size.
