I can confirm that this is an issue on the MacBook Air 4,2 Mid 2011. Also seems to be an issue with any trackpad that supports multitouch and has no click buttons, but a click pad. This is the reason I still don't use ubuntu on my Mac. Please take this into consideration and add thumb support and
