Public bug reported: I even tried re-installing, the Extensions tab in Add-ons manager is always empty. I even tried removing the profile directory to start all over, to no avail. This happened a few versions ago for me, never figured out how to fix it.
The appearance tab is also empty. The "Get Add-ons" tab gets stuck with the loading spinner. The plugins tab works just fine.
