I would take the liberty to +1 this for a similar scenario:
Not only is granularity in the integrated applications per account impossible,
as Jamie reports, but also the other way round: It's impossible to restrict the
permission set for a single account. For example, adding a Google account

Thanks Jamie for your report. This is indeed a very important feature
and I'm sure it will be address in later versions.
The all or nothing approach was chosen to keep the design (and
implementation) simpler for this first iteration.
