Public bug reported:

When windows are zoomed out by any means (e.g. pressing Super + W or
same application launcher icon), the titles of windows and close buttons
should appear for each one of them. They can appear only when the mouse
cursor moves above them or appear all the time, but they should show up
anyway. It's nearly impossible to recognize which window to select
especially if they are from the same application and there are too many
different windows open.
