Public bug reported:

Built a mini-itx system for a firewall setup and using 12.04.1 server
installer it will not boot after install. If I use the original 12.04
installer that has 3.2.0-23 kernel it will boot just fine without
issues. I can run all updates except for updating to the new kernel
3.2.0-30 which will fail to boot and Grub will let me choose 3.2.0-23.
Has anyone experienced this?

System specs are:
Jetway JNF9A-Q67
Core i3-2120T
Corsair Vengeance LP DDR3 2x4GB
