Bryce, It is reproducible and happens every time I sleep/resume. It's similar to another bug I encountered a while ago in Oneiric and for a while in Natty Beta 1 where the background would disappear on sleep/resume but, if I left-clicked anywhere on the Dekstop, the image would reappear. That's

After doing testing with LP Bug #1051035 and LP Bug #1051020 I no longer see this issue with all packages updated as of 17-Sep 21:00 UTC and running Linux medic 3.6.0-030600rc6-generic #201209161835 SMP Sun Sep 16 22:36:28 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux. I will test this again after
