The installation process for Jaunty alpha 3 on a laptop with a M88 (Mobility Radeon HD 3850) gfx chipset leads to the radeonhd driver not installed, leading to vesa driver being used, which fails, still. Installing xserver-xorg-video-radeonhd fixes the problem. ** Changed in: xorg-server
